Media Jamshidi is a surface pattern designer based in Madrid. Her watercolor florals are licensed to brands and manufacturers for production on physical goods: apparel, home textiles, wallpaper, stationery, packaging and accessories.

Licenses convey usage rights. Copyright in all artwork is retained by Media Jamshidi.

Exclusive licensing

Exclusive licenses are scoped on two axes, category exclusivity and territory exclusivity, and are sold per combination of product line and country.

Once a combination is licensed exclusively it is withdrawn from the market for the term of that license. The same artwork remains available for other product lines and other territories: an exclusive license for apparel in Spain does not affect wallpaper in Spain, or apparel in Australia. Worldwide or all-category exclusivity is available by arrangement.

Non-exclusive licensing

Media Jamshidi's earlier work is available to be licensed non-exclusively on simpler terms, and can be purchased directly from the website. The artwork becomes available to download immediately after purchase. The same artwork may be licensed to other parties.

500 units or 500 m², two years	€125
Unlimited units, three years	€325

Units are finished products. The square meter figure applies to fabric, textile and wallpaper production, and either measure satisfies the license. Terms run from the date of purchase. On expiry the artwork may be licensed again, at the rate current at that time, if production is continuing.

Non-exclusive licenses cover direct manufacture of physical goods by the licensee, and carry a defined set of restrictions.

Commissioned and custom work is not offered. Licensing is available on existing artwork only.
