License a design for your product category in your territory, and I withdraw it from everyone else there for the whole term. Nobody else in that product category, in that territory, will be using it.
Exclusivity is scoped on two axes, category exclusivity and territory exclusivity, and neither one implies the other. Exclusive rights to apparel in Spain leave the same artwork free for wallpaper in Spain, or for apparel in Australia. You pay for the combinations you need, not for the whole world.
Every design here is hand painted in watercolor, flower by flower, on my iPad, with brushes I made myself.
