My name is Media Jamshidi. I'm a watercolor artist and surface pattern designer based in Madrid. For more than a decade I have licensed my work to designer brands and manufacturers around the world. Every design on this website is made by my own hand, my own brushes, my own hours.
I grew up painting in my parents' garden and never really stopped. The brushes are digital now and the garden lives on my iPad, but every pattern still begins the same way: one flower in my mind, one brush in my hand, and weeks of patient painting before a single petal is placed into the repeat.
What leaves my studio is a surface pattern design ready for production. Layered files, isolated elements, colorways that shift to your palette, and a repeat that joins without a seam. Brands print it on silk and linen, hang it on walls, fold it into stationery and packaging. My artworks are no AI generated. All of it is painted.
