How does licensing work?
Exclusive licensing grants you the right to use my artwork for your commercial project within a specific territory. Once an exclusive license is sold for a particular territory, such as Spain, that specific design will no longer be available to anyone else.
However, the same artwork may still be licensed by others for different uses or regions. For example: for wallpapers in Australia, or for stationary in Spain.
The license gives you exclusive rights for your country, but not global or universal exclusivity unless otherwise arranged.
Please note: You do not own the artwork —the ownership and copyright remains with me — but you receive exclusive usage rights as detailed in the licensing agreement.
Do you offer custom or commissioned work?
No, I do not offer custom work at this time. My focus is on creating high-quality artworks that are available for licensing.
Can we purchase exclusive license to a pattern?
Yes. If the artwork is still available for your country, you can request an exclusive license. Once sold, the same artwork cannot be licensed by anyone else for the same product category in that territory. Exclusive license is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
What types of projects can I use the licensed artwork for?
With an exclusive license, you can use the artwork for manufacturing scarves and bandanas within the agreed-upon category and country. The license terms you receive will outline exactly what's permitted.
Your license will clearly outline what’s permitted, including the product type, territory, duration, and any limitations.
You may not use the artwork for any other product category or in a different region unless you obtain an additional license. For example, if your license covers scarves in Spain, you cannot use the artwork for home decor in Spain or to sell scarves in another country without a separate agreement.
Are there restrictions on how I can use the artwork?
Yes. While the license gives you exclusive rights for the agreed use, you may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the artwork as-is
- Use it outside the agreed territory, category, or duration
- Use it in any illegal, defamatory, or offensive context

What file formats do you provide?
The artworks are provided in ultra high-resolution PSD, JPEG, and PNG formats in RGB color mode.
Can I modify the artwork, colors, or the layout to fit my needs?
Yes, modifications are permitted under the licensing terms. You can make adjustments such as changing colors, resizing, or altering the layout to better suit your project. However, significant derivatives should align with the original spirit of the artwork.
What happens if I need additional usage rights later?
If you'd like to expand your rights, for example, to add another product category or new country, you can contact me to check availability. Additional rights can be licensed if they have not already been granted exclusively to someone else.
Do you offer discounts for bulk licensing?
